Alex is just coming on the ice from the opposite side as the puck goes off the boards, just a few feet in front of Hamrlik's stick. Alex chips the puck off the boards, does a spin-a-rama around Hamrlik, collects the puck and skates in on Carey Price with Kyle Chipchura closing in. Robert Picard, who took a puck to the face in warmups and received a dozen stitches in the locker room, comes back to open the scoring at 10:53 of the second period.
